Online Store

When you make a purchase, we collect information necessary to process your order — such as your name, billing and shipping address, email, and payment details. Payments are securely handled through our payment processor (e.g., bank VPOS or payment gateway), and we never store your card information on our servers.

We keep order records only for accounting and legal purposes and delete any personal data upon your request once it’s no longer needed for those obligations.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, including photos and a short description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind, provided that:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery,

  • It’s in its original condition and packaging, and

  • The customer covers the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
