These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
elevation.am is a small creative project based in Armenia, offering photography-inspired merchandise such as calendars, notebooks, and greeting cards featuring original images by Gayane Aghababyan.

2. Use of the Website
By using this website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.
- Not use the site for fraudulent or harmful activities.
- Not copy, reuse, or distribute our images, designs, or text without permission.
All content on this website is owned by elevation.am and protected under Armenian copyright law.
3. Products and Availability
We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.
Our products are handmade or produced in small batches, and availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our website.
Payments are accepted via the available methods shown at checkout (for example, payment by card, IDram, FastShift, TellCell, or other local options).
Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is unavailable.
- There is a pricing or description error.
- Payment cannot be verified.
If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery (Armenia Only)
We currently ship within Armenia only.
Delivery time is typically between 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery fees and options are shown at checkout.
Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.
6. Returns and Exchanges
All products are carefully checked before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
We also accept returns for change of mind, provided that:
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery,
- It is in its original condition and packaging, and
- You cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
7. Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, text, and materials on this site belong to elevation.am.
They may not be copied, used, or reproduced in any form without written permission.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used only for order processing and delivery.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to complete delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide accurate information and reliable service, elevation.am is not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by courier services.
- Minor differences between photos and actual products.
- Any indirect or consequential losses related to product use or website access.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page, with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of our website means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Armenia.
